Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our main priority and we hope that you are happy with your new uniforms. However should you want a different size or be unhappy with your product for any reason, please return it to us within 30 days, in the condition in which it was purchased, for an exchange or refund.

These must be returned accompanied by our returns form in the condition they were received i.e. with hanger, all tags attached, and with any packaging materials used. Shirts and blouses in packets will only be credited if they are folded, re-packed using all original materials and in 100% re-saleable condition. Extra care should be taken not to soil shirts and blouses with make-up, pen marks, dirt, oil etc. Returns after the thirty day period will not be accepted unless by prior arrangement. A discretionary handling charge may be applied for goods returned without good reason or if the garments need to be re-labelled/re-folded/re-bagged.

Goods that are made to order or are personalised or branded/tabbed cannot under any circumstances be exchanged or credited (unless faulty)

How do I return an item?

Simply send the item along with the completed returns form and invoice/delivery note, within 30 days, with your order to;

Please be aware that you are responsible for the item(s) until such time as they are received by us. As such we advise that you use a traceable and insured method of delivery, or at least obtain proof of postage to enable you to claim from the carrier should your item(s) fail to arrive with us.
